1. All deposits for reservations are non-refundable except:

a) When a reservation is made for a STANDARD RATE period and the reservation is cancelled GREATER than 14 days from the beginning of the stay.

b) When a reservation is made for a ECONOMY RATE period and the reservation is cancelled GREATER than 3 days from the beginning of the stay.

2. Payments made on account to settle charges due for services and / or products are non-refundable.

3. You are not using a 3rd party credit card

4. You MUST enter all required information into the payment portal.

5. Bark N Town Inc. does not maintain or support the payment portal provided by Elavon, Inc..  Elavon, Inc. is solely responsible for protecting the payment processing information and / or data.

6. Any claim relating to Bark ‘N’ Town Pet Resort and Day Spa’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

How to add a Tip: If you would like to add a tip to the grooming, enter the total of your grooming plus the tip.

For example: Grooming is $45 and you want to add a $5 tip. You would enter $50 into the payment window.

Once the payment has been processed, it will take you to a confirmation screen. If you hit the complete button, it will take you to a login page, you do not need to login to anything and you are good to close it.
