Drop Offs and Pick Ups

Safety for our clients and their pets is our #1 priority, so we have adjusted our current drop off and pick up procedures.

How it Works

Drop off

  • If you have or have been in contact with someone that has COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19 please call to re-schedule your appointment
  • Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible
  • Please park in one of the 2 parking space on the right side of our building
  • When you pull into a parking spot, the Ring doorbell senses the motion and will alert us you have arrived
  • If there is already someone outside their car, please wait in your vehicle until they are back in theirs.
  • Please exit your vehicle with your leashed pet and proceed to the small fenced in area in front of the 2 parking spaces. The gate is on the right-hand side.
  • Enter the small outer fenced area and wait for one of our staff arrive in the inner fenced area
    • If no one appears within 2-3 minutes, please press the Ring doorbell button to alert us again. We may be on the phone assisting another customer so please be patient.
  • When a staff member arrives, you’ll remove all collars, harnesses, bandanas, leashes, etc. from your pet
  • We will then open the gate between the 2 areas and call your pet to the inner fenced area
  • We will leash your pet on one of our freshly washed leashes and guide them inside the building

Services Complete

  • When your pet is ready for pickup, we will email you with the total charges for the visit and a link to pay online
  • We will also contact you by phone to confirm you’ve received the email and answer any questions you may have
  • Pay your bill prior to arriving to picking up your pet. You will receive an email receipt as well as we receive an email receipt showing you have paid.

Pick Up

  • When you return to retrieve your pet, you’ll again park in one of the 2 parking spaces on the right side of the building
  • When you pull into a parking spot the Ring doorbell senses the motion and will alert us you have arrived
  • If there is already someone outside their car, please wait in your vehicle until they are back in theirs.
  • Please exit your vehicle with your pet’s leash, collar, harness, etc. and proceed to the small fenced in area in front of the 2 parking spaces
  • Enter the small outer fenced area and wait for one of our staff arrive in the inner fenced area with your pet. The gate is on the right-hand side.
  • If no one appears within 2-3 minutes, please press the Ring doorbell button to alert us again. We may be on the phone assisting another customer so please be patient.
  • We will then open the gate between the 2 areas and let your pet to enter the outer fenced area
