Pet Care Specialist
Do you love pets, have a positive attitude and dream of having a job working with animals. Then this is the job for you. A key part of our luxury pet resort is caring for the dogs and cats lodging with us. Pet health, happiness, and well being are of the utmost importance in this position. Responsibilities include cleaning, feeding, exercising and close monitoring of pet guests.
Pet Stylist (Groomer)
Bark ‘N’ Town’s stylists create breed specific and well as fun and whimsical looks for dogs and cats based on our client’s wishes. All breed experience is desired as well as a creative eye for designer breeds. Excellent customer service skills are required. Entry level positions are available for grooming school graduates.
Client Relation Specialist
Bark ‘N’ Town clients have come to expect and deserve the best in customer service! As a Client Relation Specialist you help build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients while addressing their needs, questions, and requests. This Inside Sales position involves obtaining new client information, guiding clients through our services, taking reservation requests, and providing facility tours. This position requires great phone, computer, sales, and communication skills.
Assistant Manager – Customer Service Specialist
This front desk position interacts directly with clients and their pets. Our ideal candidate is passionate about pet care and knows or is willing to learn pet behavior. In this fast-paced position the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and set priorities is critical. This part time position is scheduled between 25-35 hours a week. You must be a team player and have a hands-on attitude. As an Assistant Manager you will direct the work of our Pet Care Specialists and will be responsible for supervising team members. Past customer service or sales experience is preferred but a love for animals is a must!

- Greeting our clients in a warm and friendly manner; you are the first impression of our company
- Checking in and out pet guests
- Answering phones and providing a warm and inviting experience
- Booking reservations
- Providing facility tours
- Guiding clients through and promoting our unique services
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to control the movements of pets of all sizes
- Overseeing and assisting in daily pet activities
- Assist in feeding and administration of medications
- Support in the on-boarding and training of new team members
- Assisting in general housekeeping procedures
Pet Bathing Specialist
Our bathers turn dirty dogs into pets that look great and smell fresh! Responsibilities include thorough bathing and brushing of all breeds and coat types, trimming nails, and cleaning ears. Entry level opportunities available. Experienced bathers may be given the opportunity to learn styling as well.
